Team training is an excellent option for large groups, up to 20 athletes. The team training model allows for your team to have exclusive access to our facility and coaching staff during your session. We work with your coaching staff to design the ideal training plan based on your team's age, experience, goals, and competitive calendar to ensure peak performance when it counts the most. Performance data is collected weekly and compiled for the team at midway and end points to evaluate individual and group progress. Our previous team training groups have witnessed results such as:

  • Average Top Speed increased 1.4%
  • 9 of 12 athletes increased Top Speed more than 3%
  • Average Acceleration increased 6%
  • Average Vertical Jump increased 10%
Every 60 minute workout consists of muscle activation and a movement based warmup to prime the athlete for optimal performance. We then move into speed development, cueing proper mechanics and using state of the art timing systems to encourage maximal effort and constant progress monitoring. Next, we enter the main portion of our lift, developing power and strength elements using a wide variety of weight lifting and plyometric techniques. Finally, we finish with sport-specific lifts to ensure muscle balance and injury reduction.
