Our Summer Track program is designed to make you faster! We focus on improving running mechanics to keep you injury free and build the blueprint for speed. Every session will incorporate speed work on our indoor track follow by complimentary resistance training in our state of the art strength and conditioning room. This one of a kind program is guaranteed to have you running better, faster, and stronger.
Two 4 week blocks = 8 weeks in total
