Our expert track instructor, Coach Weber returns for an 8 week program focusing on improving running mechanics, speed, and building work capacity to take you into the indoor season in peak condition. Every session will incorporate sprint work on our indoor track followed by complimentary resistance training in our state of the art strength and conditioning room. This one of a kind program is guaranteed to have you running better, faster, and stronger.
