Field training will be designed to improve overall footwork and football skills. Players will be trained on how to translate better footwork to better play on the field. Training is designed to help in all positions on the field. Training will be optimized to help players take improvements in the weight room to improvements in game play and ability. Coaches will utilize a series of cone drills, ladder drills and plyometric based explosive workouts to improve athletic performance.

Sports Performance training will utilize the track and weight room. Speed training on the track will target acceleration and top speed mechanics. Weight room training will incorporate resistance and plyometric training to develop the ability to express strength at high speeds.

July 1 - July 31 (10 total sessions)

Mondays and Wednesdays

5:30 - 7:30pm

Players 7th-12th Grade

Cost: $300
