If you're a college football player this is the program for you. Our 4 Day per week training structure is designed to maximize your athletic potential so you enter preseason in peak condition. Monday's and Thursday's are dedicated to enhancing speed, power and strength that you will feel on gameday. Tuesday's and Friday's are focused on agility and conditioning so you are ready to deliver explosive efforts through all four quarters.
Weight room/speed sessions Monday/Thursday 5:30 - 7pm
Field sessions Tuesday/Friday 5:30 - 6:30pm
Runs 8 weeks from June 6th - July 29th
